Kinsmen-Scout Hall - Private Function Rental Inquiry

If interested, please complete and submit the form below.  Include all relevant details, such as the purpose of the function, planned time period, and estimated numbers within the 'message' section.  Also note that the facility is not wheelchair accessible (exterior entry steps, and washrooms are located in the basement level).   

Along with the open area hall, a serving bar and basic kitchen facilities are available, including a large cooler/refrigerator, double oven, microwave and mini-freezer - but no countertop burner or heating element.  And, as of August 2023, the hall is now AIR CONDITIONED through the summer months!  A refundable deposit is required to finalize a booking. 

Another key feature of this rental is that your group is fully in charge and managing all details of the event.  No supplemental service charges for bartender or other restrictions.

Please review the 'rental agreement' in the drop-down menu to become familiar with the terms and hall offerings & limitations.  In particular, please note that tableware, glasses/cups, etc. are no longer provided for use, with disposable plates, cups and cutlery now required to be supplied by the renter (our non-commercial dishwasher does not meet health department high temperature standards). 

Also note - do NOT send a rental request to the NOTL Kinsmen Executive email address.  It may be 'lost' with the wrong folks.

Rental Rates:

$30 per hour (4 hour minimum, excluding weekend late afternoon & evenings, & holidays).

$350 for Friday or Saturday, or holidays, late afternoon & evenings,  from 4 pm to close.  $150 for Sundays after 4 pm.

 Note that many Monday , Wednesday and Friday evenings are often unavailable for rental, from September to June.  Check to confirm actual date.
